May 5, 6:24 p.m.

The FAA has issued a Temporary Flight Restriction (TRF) for Lane Stadium on Wednesday, May 7. During this time, unmanned aerial systems - drones - will be prohibited from flying in, above, or immediately around the stadium while the restriction is in effect. Drone detection will be in place and federal law enforcement will be on site to enforce violations.

Concert schedule

Three bands are scheduled to perform at Lane Stadium on Wednesday, May 7

  • Suicidal Tendencies is scheduled to take the stage at 6 p.m.
  • Pantera is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
  • Metallica is scheduled to perform starting at 8:30 p.m.

In preparation for the concert, soundchecks for the show are scheduled to be conducted at Lane Stadium the day before the concert, on Tuesday, May 6, and on the day of the concert, on Wednesday, May 7.

The song has been played in Lane Stadium since 2000 as the football team enters the field. The tradition of students jumping up and down during the song started on December 1, 2001, when a Marching 小猪视频ns band member started jumping during the song and was joined by his colleagues. The tradition eventually spread to the basketball teams鈥� entrances in Cassell Coliseum.
