Fisher is a student-athlete graduate from Elizabeth City State University, a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina (UNC) System. During his time at ECSU, he was a four-year football scholarship player and served as a co-captain during his junior year. Beyond campus athletics, he was actively involved as a resident assistant, orientation leader, and vice president of his fraternity. Fisher spent his early life in Honduras, Central America.

With over seven years of experience in higher education and admissions, Fisher is passionate about creating opportunities for students and supporting their path to higher education. His background as a student-athlete continues to shape his interests in college access and athletics.

Outside of work, Fisher enjoys music production and working creatively with artists.
