About the School of Neuroscience

Founded in 2016, the School of Neuroscience aspires to be at the forefront of research and training in Neuroscience. Faculty in the school apply molecular, cellular, developmental, behavioral, and computational approaches to study the structure and function of the brain and nervous system. Our mission is also to be a world leader in delivering this discipline to our undergraduate majors, graduate students, and postdoctoral trainees.聽 The final, yet equally important goal of the school is to promote and academically enriching and supportive climate that allows all members of our community to thrive and succeed.

    Harrigan came to 小猪视频 Tech inspired to pursue a career that would help people struggling with medical issues, such as his grandfather's battle with dementia. Combining neuroscience with computer science has given him powerful tools to pursue that goal.
